Regenerate is my word for 2026.
2025 took a lot out of me. It challenged me in new ways, offered beautiful growth and helped me realize a lot of clarity. There is so much in my world, and our collective world, that’s already been seeded and needs attention.
There’s enough chaos, turmoil and noise. So much energy that isn’t serving us. We need reform.
There are plenty of things in accelerated motion. Some things can slow down, pause or stop. We need recalibration.
There are deep roots that lack resources. Many of them will die if we don’t nurture them. We need to refocus.
When I say “we need,” it’s for me as much as anyone else.
So my path in 2026 is to regenerate.
Here are my intentions –
I intend to regenerate awareness around human nature.
More walking, hiking, climbing, playing and feeling.
Revitalized time nourishing my soul.
A commitment to steward the real human experience.
I intend to regenerate creative space for my curiosities.
More writing, recording, listening and deep reflection.
Restorative time getting lost in flow.
A commitment to let my inner child design.
I intend to regenerate my sense of adventure.
More family quests, mens retreats with Front Row Dads, and wilderness experiences.
Renewed purpose for real connection.
A commitment to lead with courage and presence.
I intend to regenerate the work I execute.
More full body yes’s and quick no’s.
Realignment with my zone of genius and gifts.
A commitment to facilitate work with integrity.
Through these intentions, I will regenerate a fuller expression of myself, which may also support others regenerating their fullest expression.
And then I get really curious…
What can we regenerate together?
- What if we all embraced more human nature?
- What if we all created more space for our curiosities?
- What if we all leaned into a little more adventure?
- What if we all worked with more alignment and integrity?
That’s the kind of world I want to help regenerate.
